Alright I’ve searched and searched but I can’t wrap my brain around the math for this. I was able to trade for a 2015 Bronson C for some labor/parts wrenching on a dirt bike. It has 175mm cranks I’d like to change to 170mm also the cassette and chainring is starting to show some wear. Figured now would be the time to change to a 1×12, or if necessary 1×11. Shimano HG hub, non boost with a 50mm chain line. My question is with the Garbaruk cassette what do I need to do to achieve the ideal chain line? Don’t mind spending some money as the bike is in great shape, If you have any advice on what I need it would be greatly appreciated.
