First time setting up tubeless tires on my own (I could not find any bike shop who could do it for my Salsa Mukluk). After weeks of research got some fatty strippers shipped from the US and got ready for the worst (I only have a cheap floor pump).

Everything went smooth, bead seems to be seated properly and I didn’t even had to take the valve core off or use dish soap, it just worked by pumping air in. Rode around the block and 24 hours later pressure is down from 15 to 13.5 PSI which doesn’t sound too bad to me. No signs of sealant leaking out.

Tire is a Vanhelga ridden about 500km on a mulefut rim. Is it supposed to be that simple with fatty strippers, or did I do anything wrong? 😅

If this is the way, I will test my luck again with the rear – and shout out to fatty strippers for making life so simple! 🤩
