Ok so first off. These calipers work way better than stock code calipers. Second, they keep rubbing very slightly while only climbing at certain angles and it makes a terrible sound and creates vibrations I can feel all the way through my grips. Note that I’m not touched the lever and this only happens a when climbing or working the bike uphill.
It’s super strange because it’s only the front wheel and only occurs on those random climbs. It’s spins with no issue while on the mechanic stand, it makes no noise or problems while descending too. The rotor is true, calipers seems aligned, brake pads have even wear, they’ve had a proper bleed, and the pistons appear to be moving just fine.. so I’m pulling my hair out here. Any ideas what could be causing this? Contaminated pad or rotor maybe?
