My gravel bike has three eyelets on the downtube. I currently have a King Cage ManyThing Cage attached. I’ve clamped some bungee cord on there and I use it to store my stove. It’s an MSR Windburner stored in a cylindrical plastic container to keep it clean and dry. This has worked well for me but it’s still a bit of a faff and I would rather an actual downtube bag.
I would love to use something with a quick release like a Tailfin fork pack – [https://www.tailfin.cc/product/fork-packs/fork-packs/?v=79cba1185463](https://www.tailfin.cc/product/fork-packs/fork-packs/?v=79cba1185463)
The problem with the Tailfin fork pack is that the minimum size is 5L so it would be too wide for my downtube.
Tailfin also sell a downtube bag, however, it does not make use of the eyelets on my bike and it doesn’t have a quick release like the fork pack – [https://www.tailfin.cc/product/small-packs/downtube-packs/downtube-packs/?wccps\_c0=130002&wccpm0=1653934392&wccpl=7&v=79cba1185463](https://www.tailfin.cc/product/small-packs/downtube-packs/downtube-packs/?wccps_c0=130002&wccpm0=1653934392&wccpl=7&v=79cba1185463)
Any suggestions? I’ve scoured [bikepacking.com](http://bikepacking.com) but haven’t found anything yet. Maybe other companies do a smaller fork pack with quick release that work work for the downtube?
