From the Baltic it was time to head south again this time by train, via Berlin and Cotbus to Gӧrlitz, on the Polish border. 4 trains to catch with our bikes and we were very relieved to arrive after a cancelled train, a delayed train and a station under reconstruction. Unable to book seats or bikes on regional trains so it was potluck if we would make all of our connections. There was no Plan B.
