Is this knocking sound just the compression doing it’s thing?
Am I just being pedantic? It’s about 6 weeks old, but it’s had a pretty decent thrashing over that time. I just don’t remember the noise being there originally.
Linkages are all torqued, mounting hardware is fine, it’s the same noise with the chain on or off (ie it’s not the clutch engaging), all cables are secured. The coil is wound on about three turns of pre-load. Everything is clean and lubed.
