Hi!

Finally I decided to replace my 2018 M sized Specialized Enduro bike. The main issue is, that whatever I did, I’m always having an OTB feeling. Raised the handlebar, shortened the stem, nothing really worked. I thought sometimes, that the bike is somehow too small, but I always said to myself that it is impossible, I’m 173 cm, and the M size should be ideal, and the L probably too big. However, I found a really good article about the bike size, and I think now, that I have exactly this “short reach” issue as it is written in this article: [https://www.pinkbike.com/news/bike-fashion-vs-fit-is-longer-always-better-opinion.html](https://www.pinkbike.com/news/bike-fashion-vs-fit-is-longer-always-better-opinion.html)

I also tried my buddies reign 2018 L size, and it felt much better.

I compared the 4 bikes geos, I also calculated my RAD, and it is 773mm. The RAD on S2 is 755mm and on S3 is 774mm, I calculated it from reach and stack. The reach on my Enduro is 440mm, on S2 is 437mm and on S3 is 464mm. Everything stands on the S3 side, but I also calculated the RAD on Giant Reign L, and it is 758mm, which is closer to S2 than to S3.

Here are the geo comparisions:

I’m a bit confused now which one to buy, the S2 or the S3. I read that the modern bikes, enduros have very different geos now, and a lot of biker prefer to ride smaller bike. I know it’s hard to help in these small details, but any suggestion would be nice!
