Planning to use this bike to train for triathlons/half Ironmans (Lots of climbing and long 100+km rides). Have their been substantial leaps in tech since 2012 that should make me hesitate on this one? Could I find something better for a $1000-1500 CAD and what more specifically would I be looking for?
The owner has added that the tires and breaks were replaced in 2022 and the bike was fully serviced in 2023. Has been with the same owner since it was purchased in 2013. Full carbon frame and Shimano 105 components.
