The Bianchi rat bike. Complete with suicide shifters on the seat tube. A roady 26″.
Frame was originally damaged with a bent seat stay. Straightened that out and re aligned rear dropouts. Downtube was too big for the shifter clamp and I wanted to make this bike as cheap and weird as possible, so I mounted them to the seat tube. Threw on the rest of the parts from stuff I had lying around. Had to buy a few minor things and a new bottom bracket to get the chain line right.
