Here the exhibition curators Tom Allbeson from Cardiff University, and Karen McQuaid from The Photographers’ Gallery talk more about the exhibition which shines a fresh light on the career and legacy of British photographer Bert Hardy, from self-taught news and sports photographer, to serving combat cameraman, renowned Picture Post photojournalist and successful advertising entrepreneur.  

Using original photo-magazines, diaries, correspondence and press prints, this exhibition showcases the remarkable breadth and dynamism of his work.
