Is this likely just the paint or does the fact you can see metal mean the carbon is damaged? Is this likely caused by overtorqueing the BB? I will be going back to my LBS but want to be armed with a bit of knowledge if they try to fob me off as there are a few other things on the bike which make me concerned about their work.
Additionally should I be concerned that the crank arm has seemingly rubbed off the BB paint, I presume these parts shouldn’t be contacting each other. Any help is appreciated.
