Before weather gets interesting I installed sks aluminum fenders. I was hoping for tighter hug around the rear tire, but works fine.
I bought some cheap grips. My old ones would shift on me. So, I found some that clamped onto the handlebar.
The mirror seems to work well. It’s pretty steady even with the railroad tracks i cross daily.
