Just going to do a quick video for you so we’re at the M Roadhouse now I’m going to take you up the road I’m going to show you at the end of the road there’s a store there’s a little uh about a 4 minute walkway uh then we’ve
Got some nice cafes that are about a 5 minute walk away um we’ve got Cardiff uh Museum Cardiff City Hall about 10 minutes away and about 15 minutes away we’ve got um the city center so I’m going to walk you there now and show you
What I love pleasant walk it is uh to get into the city center from uh from Mandy house Okay although we don’t allow electric car charging at the house there is an electric car charger on the road Opposite We have four kitchen facilities at the house so having the little at the end of the road it’s great for being able to get breakfast lunch and dinner things if you fancy staying In there’s a nice cafe at the end of the road me chees they do uh nice breakfasts and do nice pizzas and that’s about a 4 or 5 minute walk to the end of the road Directly ahead of us we’ve got the side entrance to but Park um which is a really big open green space with lots of lovely flowers um some cafes youve got Cardiff Castle in there and the river Taff runs through the middle um it’s a
Really nice place to go for a walk or go for a cycle or go for a Run Just here we have one of the main pickup and drop off points for the Mega Bus and the national Express um which go all over the country um really handy if you’re coming into Cardiff to stay at Mandy house or if you want to do some exploring around the country while we
Staying here just along here we’ve got the new Center for Student Life Cardiff University building which is absolutely massive uh it sits directly opposite the Cardiff University main building which is the more historic um Central Building for Cardiff University as we head along here we’ve got the side of Cardiff Museum um which I’ll briefly just show you the front of um so this is these are two two enormous buildings we’ve got city hall and then we’ve got Cardiff Museum right next to each other as we’re heading past all
These Parks here we can see the national express coach that I mentioned a moment ago and as we cross the road here we come into the side of the city center uh where on the right hand side you’ve got the theater there you’ve got some really lovely restaurants on the left and now
We are just coming into the city center now so you can start to see a lot more people and a lot more activity going on so I think that was about a 15minute walk or so um into cardiv City Center um as you can see it’s quite a pleasant
Walk there’s some nice cafes shops um some nice buildings to look at along the way some nice uh scenery it’s very leafy um lots of lovely trees um you’ve got City Hall you walk past lots of impressive University buildings it really is quite a um quite a nice walk
Into the city center from myy Road House um so I hope that gives you a bit of an idea of where the house is positions and its proximity to local amenities and to the city center uh just beyond where I’m stood now you’ve got the Millennium Stadium um you’ve got numerous uh music
Venues things like the motor Point Arena where they have some pretty big uh pretty big concerts and gigs and things U so yeah hopefully that gives you a bit of a flavor of where the house is uh but if you got any questions uh just give us
