Hall Lee Brook is easy to miss as I accidentally found it while going for a walk down a main road in Westhoughton.

I saw a sign that said: ‘Public Footpath’. Then I was curious and decided to see where this footpath would lead me….

Hall Lee Brook has a length of 0.1 kilometres. This winding and quaint little brook is sheltered by woodland and provides a great habitat for local wildlife.

The more open fragments of woodland can be explored via a number of grassy paths leading from the local housing and is a great place for children to play.
