Looking to buy a road bike for my 10 yr old daughter. She is 4’ 10” should she still be on a 650c wheel or can I get away with a small size adult bike? The trek pictured is a 43cm w/700c wheels. The argon18 is a jr/youth bike with 650c wheels. Both are Sora, the trek has crosstop levers added. Biggest concerns are reach and crank arm length.
