Is this noise normal for a drivetrain or is the RD out of whack a little?

Changed wheels over so RD needed a tweak. Gears shift fine throughout the whole cassette, but I’m doubting myself because it’s fairly loud. Not 100% sure if the noise is the chain or the sound of the new hub itself
