I found this beautiful bike at a garage sale for $50 and couldn’t pass it up. How’d I do?
I bought it from the original owner, who said she bought it, rode it a few times, and then her husband hung it in the rafters and there it sat for 40 years or so. She didn’t know much about it, but I believe it is a 1982 model.
I’m almost certain everything is original to the bike, with the exception of the gold handlebar tape I put on it. I would say Excellent condition, though it does have one nice scratch on the right side of the top tube and a couple paint chips on the down tube.
Any experts have an estimated value for me? Or, better yet, any offers out there?
