Sometimes when I push the wheel from the side (horizontally) it shifts a little bit in dropout and I can hear rotor friction noises.
I am trying to find a reason and not sure if the hub should have this loose connection with caps on sides. Or may be the caliper shifts.
Is this normal for a wheel hub?
