The driver was offered an educational course as an alternative to prosecution, which they attended and completed. This happened on Lancaster Road in Leicester.
I think they got off lightly, and I’m not even sure which rule of the Highway Code applies here. The driver went on to accuse me of damaging his car as a result of him reversing into me. Oh the hypocrisy!
I have a feeling that the educational course will have little effect in this case. I hope I am wrong.
