For the past 9 years I’ve ridden a [Novara Arkham (2015)](https://www.rei.com/product/857591/novara-arkham-bike-2015) and it’s been great. 3 speeds ’cause I don’t see many hills; internal rear-hub shifter and belt drive that basically never need maintenance; rack where I can attach a pannier; big enough for a 6’4″ rider. (I liked my Novara Fusion even more until it was stolen!) All of those features were great. Not much mileage, just a few miles a day. I think it was an $800 bike. It’s been really reliable, at least until the frame seat post totally cracked today.
I’d love to find a similar bike and would appreciate suggestions! REI doesn’t seem to have an equivalent any more.
