Ordered a new bike and it came but the Di2 seemed to be dead on arrival. Tried charging it but there was no lights on the charger or the junction bar end. My suspicion was that the internal battery had died since it looked neglected but I replaced the battery and nothing changed. Now I am starting to suspect that the connection to the junction B is somehow messed up. When I plugged the computer connection it recognized just the junction A and the two front shifters but not the RD or FD. I cannot seem to find the junction B for the life of me and I don’t know where it is and how the hell to access it. It also isn’t under the bottom bracket where the port on the bike is. For the record it’s a 2022 Felt AR Advanced. I’ve included a drawing where I think the junction could be. Let me know if you have any opinions or can help with this.
