After two seasons of riding and racing gravel on my Surly Midnight Special, I was itching for something more purpose built. I wasn’t willing to shell out the cash for the level of bike knew out to build my own with an added challenge of not relying on a bike shop for any of it, if possible. Wrapped it up a few weeks ago. It’s incredible.
Only thing I need to do is to swap out the stock post with a offset and we’re golden. I’ve also since put back on the Easton stem that came with the bars.
