My expensive electric bike got stolen, so I finally learned to drive and bought a car. Now I no longer need a big bike for groceries etc. I used to own a fixed gear to which I attached a rear brake, and loved riding it. I’m looking for something that rides like that: as simple as possible. I am interested in belt drives because it follows the ‘as simple as possible’ philosophy I am going for. Something that is manufactured in the USA would be awesome, but I understand I may not have the budget for that.
