Staying fit at university doesn’t always have to mean joining a gym or joining a sports team.

Our UEA Sport department runs an Active Campus programme which ranges from inclusive cycling, nature walks, dog walks (for £1 only!) paddleboarding, rock climbing, yoga and so much more. There are even free taster sessions for our 57 sports clubs.

UEA Sport welcomes all levels and abilities. Head to their website to find out more https://ueasport.co.uk/activity-and-sport/
