I take this rue cyclable, in Luxembourg, on a regular basis. It’s on a slight incline, which means a lot of cyclists will never reach the 30kmph speed limit. These roads are signed such that any motor vehicles cannot pass another vehicle. Depsite that, a lot of drivers ignore the signage and overtake anyway.
