I am seeking a new rear wheel for my Electra 7D Loft. I use the bike for Midwestern city transportation (i.e., little hills). I am planning to switch from an external derailer to internal gear hub. I’m 6’5′ 280 lbs.

I see they are double walled.
I feel comfortable putting on the new thumb switch and hooking everything up, but building a wheel from scratch is probably not an option.
What do you think my best options are?
