Putting wider tires on my wife’s roadlite 5. It came with 30mm wide tires but wanted to smooth out the ride a hair and increase traction some. Fits fine everywhere accept for where the front derailleur would attach to the frame if it had one. It’s got 0-1mm clearance.
Think it’s worth filing down the rear derailleur nub or should I just see if jenson will let me return these tires? I don’t see any scenario where I would go through the trouble of adding a front derailleur at some point in the future.
