Hi Everyone,
I am moving soon for grad school and am looking at getting a commuter bike. I had originally picked State Bicycles but after reading about consisted QC issues I’m a little less inclined. My budget is approximately $700-$900, I will likely be riding in the rain quite a bit.
I’m really just looking for something that can comfortably get me from A to B, but I would prefer it to have a sort of look like [this](https://www.statebicycle.com/products/rigby-core-line); but entirely not necessary tbh.
