A Byway of almost 2km in length just to the east of the essex town of Harlow. Starts opposite the end of Magdalen Laver Byway 1 (see video ES 11).
Concrete blocks restrict the width at the start off of Hastingwood Road so it appears to get very little 4 wheeled traffic and is narrow and partially overgrown as a result.
The surface is largely natural and unmodified and can be slippery as a result but doesn’t appear to hold water.
Sadly the lane suffers from frequent fly tipping.
