Hi guys, I just found this Peugeot 103 carbolite (I think ??) in the trash while being away on vacation, and thought about restoring it + converting to fixed. It is pretty rusted so I was wondering if sanding down everything and then repainting + coating would do the trick or if there were any better (and cheap) alternatives?
And if you had any ideas what could the bb compatibility be?
