Today, we’re stopping at Toulon France Before we get off the cruise we are getting breakfast at the Wake I love their fennel & citrus salad with the perfect balance between leafy greens fruits, and cheese The poached shrimp is on the average side I do love the effort put into plating in any case

The Wake Eggs Benedict has a crispy pork belly instead of ham in the traditional ones Mr Panda loves them Their French toast is nothing special but they made no mistakes either It’s still pretty tasty to me The crepe cake is light not too sweet and the layers are even

We are sharing one and are both happy with it The port of Toulon is so bright and beautiful like a French postcard The streets are less busy and people are also walking at a slower pace The city seems chill and breezy We visited the National Marine Corps Museum there There are paintings, sculptures

Ship models, and so on I learned so much about history and culture and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toulon I wonder what this sign means; I guess that you should hold hands with your kids on this street We are back on the cruise for lunch before walking around inside the cruise

There is an octopus-themed area on the cruise with tentacle sculptures, stairs and stools resembling tentacles We chose Pink Agave as our dinner spot today The shrimp dish at Pink Agave tastes better than I had this morning at the Wake The duck is tender and goes well with the sauce

I don’t fully get the appeal of this soup but it’s definitely not bad The steak is slightly overcooked but I like the sauce and the cheese We had a lot of fun at the Miss Behave show after dinner After the show we took a walk and chilled in our room Good morning;

We are in Marina di Carrara Italy today We didn’t do our homework and assumed the port would be close to the city like in Toulon It turned out the town was not as big and it was really hot so we couldn’t even walk to the pizza shop I wanted to try

We ended up coming back to the cruise I highly recommend booking a shore thing with the cruise at this port We are having brunch at the Wake again The steak and egg does not disappoint; I had medium rare and they cooked it just right For lunch, we got ramen again;

We asked for extra mushrooms this time The cruise is leaving the shore as we’re having dinner Dinner is happening at the Wake AGAIN You can tell by now how much we love this restaurant I can’t get enough of their complimentary bread which is soft and a little bit sweet For starters

I got the romaine lettuce; the overload of mayo sauce tasted a little greasy but I liked the blue cheese and the bacon Mr Panda had the bone marrow appetizer which tasted divine For the main course I got the New York strip cooked in medium rare; to my surprise

It was not as good as the steak I had for breakfast We also ordered some mushrooms fries and asparagus for side dishes Mr Panda had the lamb chop which is very tender and doesn’t smell gamey I had pistachio ice cream for dessert which comes under a thick marshmallow layer Mr

Panda got this chocolate dessert which is both rich and very sweet After dinner we watched an incredible show called Dual Reality I loved the story arc, the lines and the performance I only took one picture after the show because filming during the performance was prohibited

We took a walk on the deck before calling it a day Thank you for watching this video Ta-ta!
