Bikes I’m still buzzing that’s why you can’t speak a full sentence I think we generated so much power that we can light the whole city of Berlin up I’m buzzing it was crazy but I guess that’s an amazing rep for today it was the first time ever in my life I did a
Workout like this it was really intense so today we changed the resistance a little bit differently than most bikes most bikes you have a knob that you turn and here you actually have buttons that take you up a certain percentage and make sure that you’re actually increasing your effort with the
Resistance on the bike you can push it up how much you want or turn it down how much you need to I was like I will not do too much but then I was like okay let me beat and go to that level so it’s like great like this gamification you
