Recently purchased a Smith Trace helmet and went to adjust the straps to get the placement closer to under my ears rather than on my jaw.
After messing with it for a bit it seems like this style system doesn’t seem to let you adjust in that fashion however. The left and right sides are connected and decreasing strap on one side increases it on the other.
Or am I missing something? The helmet is the correct size based on Smith’s recommendations and trying them on in store.
