One of my viewer asked me about travel routes. So this is what I came up with: A 800 km cycle route through Finland. I don’t know anything about routes in Southern Finland, so I asked help from Velogi.

  1. The main road between Oulu ja Kemi has a lot of traffic and is best avoided as far as possible. There is a mostly good quality bike path between Kemi and Tornio. I've ridden it many times with my recumbent.

  3. Go longer road and see all nice lakes in east side of Finland. Helsinki- Lappeenranta- Imatra- Puumala- Kuopio- Iisalmi. There is 100 lake senerys not 2 like on this video.

  4. When coming from Turku to Tampere, I would avoid highway 9 (/E63) because it's very dangerous and sometimes can be really busy road. I prefer smaller country roads. The journey will be longer but safer and more comfortable to ride.
