  1. Cyclist overtaking on the inside of a van with a blind spot. He overtook and squeezed into the tight space. There was no room for him. If the van overtook him, then it would be the van's fault.

  2. Just ask DVSA driving instructor:

When approaching a turn (signal not needed because of this road sign), but drivers (Van) should slow down and use the mirrors.
Vehicles (include cyclist) shouldn't attempt to overtake (or undertake) at a junction. Highway code 167 and 163

It London where else? and it pretty stupid when so many thinks they are the king of the roads.

  3. cyclist should have stayed behind, trying to pass on a corner inside is sheer stupidity. glad that he admitted fault, some cyclists in the city are so self righteous.

  4. I would be a bit baffled as to what they were debating. Blame can always be proportionate but to try that is the height of stupidity.

  5. Cyclists should have number plates .
    This was the riders fault
It happens thankfully everyone is OK. Good and bad riders and drivers . Nice to see everyone being polite for a change
