A video of a bike and van colliding on a road in London has sparked a debate online over who was in the wrong.
Both the driver and the cyclist were not seriously injured.

Cyclist. No argument.
Cyclist overtaking on the inside of a van with a blind spot. He overtook and squeezed into the tight space. There was no room for him. If the van overtook him, then it would be the van's fault.
Plenty of idiotic cyclist cycling as they own the roads.

When approaching a turn (signal not needed because of this road sign), but drivers (Van) should slow down and use the mirrors.
Vehicles (include cyclist) shouldn't attempt to overtake (or undertake) at a junction. Highway code 167 and 163
