The rest of the decals on the bike are in great shape, but the ones on the top tube are pretty rough. I know I can buy replacement decals on eBay, but I’m concerned I won’t be able to line them up so they cover the original ones, which are painted on. Is there a way to remove the old decals without harming the yellow paint underneath? Should I try to find a stencil and matching paint instead?
