Hi guys,

I need some help here with decision. Currently I have Specialized Stumpjumper 29″ 2013 and would like to upgrade to e-bike.

I saw Cube is doing 140 with 29″ and 160 with 27.5 wheels. I see the geometry is almost exactly the same between these two, so the only real difference are wheels and the fact 160 uses stuffier and better fork 38mm (Rockshox ZEB) vs 35mm (Rosckshox Silver) at 140 version.

I’m pretty heavy and tall. 189cm/115kg without gear so it must be size XL and the bike must be supportive. I like that 160 has this 38mm fork but on the other side it has 27.5″ wheels.

I like 29″ wheels on stumjumper and never run 27.5″ so I’m not sure if it would be OK or I would have any problems.

Also I want to use bike mostly for trails, all mountains riding, no big jumps or downhills. Also no bike parks. I still want to be able to use it more or less as a normal bike to do some fitness on it with little motor help.

I somehow feel that 140 would be more suitable for me. What do you guys think ?

Also do you think that for my weight it is better to use suspension type where the shock is installed horizontally or vertically ? Or doesn’t matter ?

I’m debating between these two:

Then I found this Radon which I like as well and it’s pretty stuffed with good components but geometry is a bit smaller as it seems and seems total allowed weight is 135kg vs 150kg so I could be on the edge here (not sure if it’s just marketing or what).
