Two Huddersfield brothers and a third man have been jailed for their roles in the fatal stabbing of a victim is his own home in a botched robbery.
Brothers Amaan Ansar (20) and Sahil Ansar (19) of Springdale Avenue were jailed at Leeds Crown on Friday October 27th after being found guilty of the murder of Mr Khalfan Seif (33). Amman Ansar had also been found guilty of a robbery committed against Mr Seif’s wife.
Amaan Ansar was sentenced to life with a minimum term to be served of 26 years, while Sahil was jailed for life with a minimum term to be served of 25 years.
A third man, Wahaab Saif (19) of Crosland Moor, was sentenced to 14 years for manslaughter with a minimum term of nine years 2 months before release on licence.
