This is a section of the cycleway that runs from Birmingham city centre south a,ing side the A38 towards SellyOak.
In parts the space here is constrained by private property and it’s a very busy road where removing road space could be an issue.
Of note is the treatment of side road crossings and, where the cycleway crosses the A38, the smooth transition.
I don’t know if there was an automatic detector of my bike – but it looks and feels like it.
