Hello! I’m not sure if I am in the right place for this…BUT I’m (26F) new to the world of bicycling and I’m purchasing a used but very well cared for bike. The owner recently added new tires, inner tubes and chain. It’s a pre-COVID model so does that mean the parts aren’t as cheap as the ones we saw during and after COVID?
Anyways, I’m purchasing it for $350. Any thoughts on the quality of this bike? I’m very short – 4’10.5 and the selection of small bikes for adults are slim. I really think I came across a true gem! They no longer sell this size (24inch.) It has an aluminum frame and hubs.
I really like the low step through as I’ll have an animal up front in a basket with me so I want easy on and off access in case something happens or even just to reduce and on and off difficulty.
