What do you do when dog walkers with dogs are blocking the bike lane? Here’s what I do & I feel it represents the vast majority of cyclists out there when sharing the roads, lanes, parks and public spaces. We can be the positive example that we all expect to see ourselves. Stay safe out there people, & enjoy the beauty of #cycling

This video serves as an example of how we can all enjoy the beauty of the shared lanes and be respectful and courteous. It’s easy to not be an idiot. I always conduct myself in a respectful way as do the vast majority of cyclists. Don’t let one bad example tarnish us all.

Doesn’t matter where you cycle, always give priority and consideration to dogs and pedestrians along your way. For me this means I always slow down and sometimes stop for a stroke and a chat. It’s easy to hate a cyclist & it’s easy to jump to the wrong assumption from your interaction or experience of a single event; it’s not fair or possible to think that this can reflect the actions of an entire group. But that’s ok as here we are just having some fun. Thanks for watching. 😁😁

Pedestrians & Cyclists can coexist in the bike lane, cycle lane and the parks and paths across the city. Here’s an example of a shared path with pedestrians. it’s great to enjoy the beautiful tranquil surroundings of this nature reserve in Warwickshire, without the risk of being hit by cars and navigating around traffic. This section is called the Blacktrack and historically dates back to the old cola mines of Nuneaton and Warwickshire

I promote positivity in cycling and encourage engagement, inclusion and fun fun fun.
