Did uh the Iron Man challenge in ant Antartica the coldest region where everything is white so he was riding a bicycle for many kilometers swimming and uh running so it’s it’s a combination of running marathon uh swimming and cycling so it is available for purchase and the documentary is called

Very few people work in here on fishing They Work Out on the Ocean on the ocean um interesting but this was big uh they have fish farms here for salmon for salon and also for muscles muscles like a clam or clam yeah muscles are very big here they shellfish shellfish like

From husic all right um and uh but those are absolutely beautiful if you have a chance to see them uh I mean it’s bigger than niagar Falls wow so yeah it’s really big okay um I’ve been to Victoria Falls I haven’t been there because it’s
In uh it’s right here so you see this map oh yeah so we normally we normally do this travel so from nirobi all the way to South Africa and uh right here you see Zambia Zimbabwe MH so the Victoria Falls is between two countries Zambia and Zimbabwe oh so it’s it’s also

For maybe five people it’s not as big as they showed in the movie but it it’s you know very tiny but the hot water in there it’s very nice you know also the the sad thing uh I missed the Blue Lagoon oh in uh in in R yes and everyone
Was saying it was very nice you we have never been there you’ve never been there um it’s just it did not it was not convenient uhuh but there’s another one in Von similar uh where you can swim a big area know like this that’s haul hot

Somebody had brought a cow to the to the market to to butcher it for meat and the cow escaped and jumped in the the F and swam 3 km until they caught it uhhuh so now in memory of the cow they have a swim every year it was yesterday uh

Yeah and the day get keeps getting interesting nul yeah so I have seen the I have seen and touched the black sand yeah so this is a culture house house as he say Icelandic culture house and they’ve been driving so what do we have in this culture
