This is the photo of my seat tube. The frame is full suspension so this pipe in the middle is the place where pivot bearings are. Said pipe makes cleaning nearly impossible. There’s a hole coming from the BB shell from which I’ve tried to brush this but it’s inaccessible.
I suspect this is a small layer of road salt and dirt. As you can see in the photo it’s dry and there’s no moisture whatsoever.
My question is will this corrode aluminum or can I leave it be?
