Cycling the Arctic Circle: Sweden & Norway | 18 Days, 1200km

In the summer of 2023 I flew from the Netherlands to Umeå, Sweden to begin my first big solo bike tour. During the first part of the trip my plan was to go to Mo i Rana, Norway. Once there I began cycling north, crossing the Arctic Circle, and cycling over the mountain range back to Sweden with the most amazing landscapes around me in all weather conditions. 18 days later I made it back to Umeå again, 1200km later.

I have met some amazing people along the way, and saw some incredible scenes. In 2024 I’ll be cycling from Oslo to Nordkapp so I’ll be back in Europe’s last wilderness.
