Hello,
I just received my new Grail Gen 2 CF SL 7 and it’s an impressive bike. During the installation I had some issues with installing the handlebar with all pre-installed spacers. When there were all spacer the screw to fix the handlebar seemed to be too short and could get a grip. So I removed two of them and everything worked, but it looks incorrect and the handlebar feels too low. Has anyone else faced the same issues or what can I do myself except going to a service station?
