I bought this bike in 2020. It was a stock 2020 Wilier Jena Gravel 105. (Last pic).
It weighed in at around 10.8 kg.
First I upgraded the wheels to lighter aluminium wheels (pic 6)
Then I changed the 105 groupset for an Ultegra group with GRX rear derailleur (pic 5)
Upgraded carbon wheels, a carbon saddle and TPU inner tires with 40mm panaracer SS tires.
Currently I am riding tubeless 36mm Tufo tires and I think my bike is good as it is.
