I opted for all alpina components because I think they’re great for price/performance. Liking them so far but I’ll probably swap out the seatpost and saddle pretty soon. Cranks will be soon after, but they’re really not too bad.

Wheels: Miche Pistard/Primato hubs, 15t sprocket.
Cranks/Chainring: Alpina, 49t, Izumi Super Toughness chain.
Saddle/Seatpost: Selle Italia, Alpina.
Cockpit: Raceface Turbine (chopped) w/ NJS grips, Deda Zero stem 70mm.
