May or may not help someone make a choice. I spent too much time considering all the options for universal hub guards. They were new to me, and seems there’s no solid answer to which ones will fit well, or at all.
Got these Eclat Servo ones that fit really well. 4130 chromo, thin but solid where they butt up to the hub hardware, so minimal spread on the forks, and the rear didn’t require any spread as my frame is wide enough to accept the hub and guard. No drive side guard on the rear for now. May do as I progress. Or maybe just for symmetry’s sake.

Got everything from Mode BMX, Derby, if you’re UK based (Nowhere near me, but chat over text, and sends everything out rapidly). Gav helped me out with the bike, and any bits I’ve added so far. Mega knowledgable, and happy to help a clueless man trying to relive his youth.
Now to build a box so I don’t have to practice grinds and eat concrete in front of people.
