This is a 2020 Scott genius 940. It has the twinloc lever with the integrated dropper lever on the thumb. 272450-9999222 is the part number. I know there are some opinions on this design I agree it could be better I personally much prefer the twinloc downclamp 22 (even though I do love this setup if installed correctly) but I don’t want to take my bike apart and spend 200 bucks as much as I like it lol. So I’m trying to fix what I got. I bought it brand new a couple years back and bleed the brakes this weekend and noticed whoever assembled the bike put way too much cable housing so the little aluminum feed thru/guide on the back of the dropper lever is rubbing on the brake lever. The first 2 pic show how it looks standard. second 2 are closer to how it should be. Any easy way to remove some of the housing or am I going to be removing the dropper post and pulling the cable through before I cut like I think I have to?
