Relax tell us how you relaxed Dora I mean I was watching movies I was think with my friends with my family you know eating now I’m on a diet I’m detoxing from everything that I ate in the last 20 days so yeah uh it’s been it’s been a
Blasted but yeah uh and I used you know these first eight days of the of the um of the January to uh you know relax from December that Manchester United have had so it’s good to start a year or yeah it’s good to start this year
With a win away from home and yeah can’t wait to see what we do in the next game we have to ask because we’ve asked I don’t think I’m gonna ask you again but B time Dora New Year’s resolutions um have we stuck with any oh no I haven’t
Asked about that I want to there’s one thing I want to do but I don’t know if I’m going to be able to do it which is um because like age is beginning to catch up with me I want to do an ultra marathon um in what’s an ultra Mar Marathon about 50
Kilometers so usually marathon is about 30 is it no no marathon is about 50 isn’t it mil is about yeah Phil diodes um so I I think that’s about 32 kilomet it’s basically about eight hours of running oh wow wow oh my I want to see if I can
Do it relax yeah I know um do you reckon you could do it like now set you off now no no absolutely not I I could go and do I could do a half marathon now I could do a marathon in six weeks six weeks from today I could do a
Marath I used to run them in lockdown down cuz I had literally nothing else to do so just on my running machine like listening to the Happy Happy Feet soundtrack just running along with my Happy Feet um so shall shall we make a deal now in front of Dora and myself that you’re
Gonna try and do this um Ultra marathan 50 no because I haven’t decided if um if I want to give up my summer to do it or not oh just me I have to ask Sarah is it like can we not like have a nice summer
And can I just TR like a mad man for three months um that’s what I’d like to do what are you going to do on Monday uh I’m back at the gym I say that I’m started back at the gym now trying to like dor was saying earlier health
And fitness um haven’t been in the gym for about seven years and it was really I went back just before Christmas so I started just before the new year and uh I’ve then I got a cold you know I had a cold last week so I’m going to be going
Back tomorrow I started I done my back done my shoulders and so what I do I walk do some warm up get a sweat going do some cardio do some bike and then I get into my training like of whatever body part so I’ll be doing back chest shoulders legs
Abs and a cycle like that I just keep going uh because all this time I’ve been paying for the gym but not attending so I’m actually start and um I’ve got a big belly now I mean because I’ve stopped training I put on a bit of a belly and I
Think if I maintain rather than worry too much diet but I think if I train and just uh play football as well start playing football a bit more and just eat what I want I’d be all right I think it will go down because I before I used to
Eat train do everything and I was in good shape so hopefully um we’ve been about six weeks I’ve had that in part of my routine New Year’s resolution Dora what what are you gonna stick with all my days uhuh well I have a lot uh that I
Want to do I think you know every single year every beginning of the year you know you think about okay I’m going to do this uh I had an okay 2023 I’m not you know uh how do you say complaining it’s always you know hard for people you
Know because of the work and the life in general but I would like to you know uh as you guys you know something do something physical in terms of that uh I’m trying to control my eating because you know with work and everything as I’m
Sitting a lot and uh I’m not uh really uh active especially in the last two years which is you know I’m starting to see that with my body and it’s bothering me I’m not feeling great uh not just you know physically but you know mentally as well it’s it’s you know it’s it’s
Weighing on you literally and you know metaphorically so yeah uh I’m trying to you know uh uh how do I say it control my uh how do I how do I eat and I will you know try to you know start moving uh be more active uh that and you know you
Know everything else you know uh you know my career I would like to you know do something on my own we will see I will see if that’s possible you know if if my uh how do you say government will let me you know there are some funds and
All that I’m I’m trying to see what am I going to do with it and of course uh I want not just you know for me but for everyone else to have great health and have you know uh and and forever want to be happy right with their lives and
Everything else so yeah I wish you guys that and I hope that you know in football in terms and Sport terms you know Manchester United becomes the best it can be and maybe with the new board and everything else that this is a start of something new something great and
Yeah well we are beating this year um I don’t know and I just say before we get into this I give a shout out obviously we lost Bobby Charon recently but today we lost FR Beck and B the and people for me it’s special actually I don’t usually post about people dying
I put I put it really did touch me I love this player I think he’s better than people were give him credit for if you’re talking about the best players of all time he’s got to be in the top three or five in my opinion with P maradon
Beckh andar maybe cth that’s where I would be going what a player you’re talking about three three Champions Leagues one the World Cup as a player won the World Cup as a manager in 86 won European championships as well uh Bayern Munich Legend France Beck and bar any
Thoughts guys on him as a player or manager what was his impact on World football well I will just say this right as a you know young person who didn’t watch him or anything I remember my grandfather who unfortunately isn’t with us anymore and my mom you know always
Speaks of him uh you know very fondly following you know German national team in you know 50s uh not 50s 60s 70s 80s and how he loved gar uh uh G Müller and France B Beck and Bower and how he loved you know watching them and you know even
Besides you know he’s he was obviously a great player but he was an icon he is still an iconic person in football uh despite the fact that he played what 40 50 years ago and I think that says a lot about uh the man uh you know about his
Statur in uh not just you know European football but World football so yeah uh I watch these clips I mean I I heard you know my mom you know uh speaking about my grandfather who you know loved watching back and bar back in the day so
Yeah it’s it’s a great loss to football as you said like Bobby Charlton like you know some other grades that we lost in the past year or so um B time I mean what do you think of him as a player because obviously he’s known as Defender but he he was just
Revolutionized the position I believe am onay probably a bit like Dora judging by her shocked face when you asked what what you thought of um him as a player um the all I can really say about beckh and B is he’s kind of invented two things one is that the sort of the
Arrogant German footballer that goes to like um who was the guy who scored against England was it MH or someone like that chest out like Like Beckham bow was the and effenberg well he was the first of the really arrogant sort of Germans that thought that they were
Brilliant he sort of defined the football and culture for them but even to this day any sent of half that fancies thems as a ball player is compared to Beckham Bower and I think that shows like what a Colossus that he was I mean he’s got to be Germany’s best
Ever player he’s got to be one of Europe’s best ever players and it’s always very sad when these people go but you know you die twice in in life like once when you actually die and once when no one talks about you and people talk about beckh and Bower Charlton like
Zagalo who went the other day as well they’ll talk about them forever what for the joy and the misery that they cause people on the football pitch and I it’s a it’s a huge shame but it’s also nice that Beck and Bower everyone is sort of appreciating what a Colossus of a

Uh you never know in this cup games they always beat the juggernauts of the cups uh I would say in the last few years and you know any slip UPS from the big teams you know the smaller teams you know catch on and use that Advantage uh or
Use that handicap of the opposing team but uh I think it’s was an no-brainer I think ten hug is under uh a lot of pressure uh and I think it helped a lot that we don’t have that much uh or that many uh matches in January he feels that
He can do it uh you know before the game against Spurs uh so I think this was a no-rain from T hog he is on T nice uh he knows that his team is inconsistent and he needs to put everything to you know win games and I think this was not that
Of a surprise for me at least yeah I agree um I think you can’t take that risk especially with the pressure he’s under because there was lot concerned by time that if we lost this game his job could be on the line what do you think about the starting lineup would you have

Felt rashford bottled that challenge um and as always I wasn’t particularly impressed with the um the setup to protect against transitions but luckily the lead singer of Hansen managed to Win It Norwegian Scout say was it um finish they talking about that half time I thought he’ done really well with that
Shot because it was CAU crossed over and he kind of took it first time didn’t he dor and what do you think about the save I think it was a good save I think it was he was uh he was uh placed really well in front of the goal for a change
Who would have thought I thought that you know he placed himself really well uh in front of the opposing player and I think you know in that moment it’s a routine save for any goalkeeper uh and I think that most of the people not most of the people I’m just you
Know talking but you know some people think that you know uh goalkeeper you know with par parade saves or or theatrical saves are you know you know a great great they Bowlers or whatever I think that you know goalkeepers who stand in the right place at the right
Time and do minimal movement or whatever they’re the best goalkeepers and uh and I think Onana you know showcase that he can do it and I think it was a great save so yeah Kos to him I agree with B time I think rashford uh I think of
Course May misplaced it but I thought that rashford you know could have done more to get to that yes D and he didn’t I tend to disagree I think the ball was played Short he could have come to the ball but was he was like ah you know and he wasn’t in a

I think it was a weak pass he should do better than that make it you know crisp and you got to help your teammates Amando like people are goingon to make mistakes and like rashford um his performance this evening was almost sarcastic at times um but he was in
Certainly in the first half he was disinterested and he seemed completely disinterested to help Mayo out there and you know him and may are linked through the academy um I I I just thought it was I thought it was embarrassing that rashford didn’t go and and help his
Teammate like because then you’re just a teammate and name only like it annoyed me a lot so get on with the game obviously so we had that bit of a scare feel that woke us up maybe but we start we start to get into the game start to
Dominate um but really are we forcing things too much I mean when you look at the position I don’t think they were that good um how many chances did we really create and I want to talk about in particular I want to talk about our guy who missed various chances in the
First half our 70 million pound Striker um I’m feeling sorry for him now and I’m starting to have a doubt about this is an opportunity today he could have scored three four goals in my opinion um can we just talk about yeah the chances that were laid on the plate to him
Because there’s a argument say oh he’s not getting enough chances at you but he had some today didn’t he I think that if we sell anyone which if we get rid of some of the players from this team maybe pist for 15 20 mil
I think we need to loan in at least as a permanent not permanent but temporary temporary um or backup Striker or someone uh to hland because I don’t think that you know he is himself I think he’s still raw at times I don’t know I think he has
Instincts you know to move good and all that he’s in good places but he cannot finish like it’s not just him I think it’s you know most of our attack or attacking players are at fault at it but holand is more noticeable because he’s our only proper number nine uh I’m not
Counting in Marcel because he’s not available in most cases once again third week he’s z uh and of course who are we going to bank on we are going to bank on Poland uh really poor in my opinion I don’t think he was himself this game at all uh I
Thought that even he’s I think he needed at least 60 Minutes to finally EAS in into game uh with his touches with his you know uh how do you say it breting of the ball guarding the ball which is his for but this game at times it felt that
That the ball is just you know ricocheting of him like like he’s a dry wall or whatever uh but yeah I I feel that he could have scored four he could have scored four and I think that’s an issue this chance the header just mentioning here um I mean come on you
Got a head good morning head that down he’s blazed it over the blah bar from about two yards three yards out great delivery great cross for him I mean that was a good chance um can you pick and you remember the other chance where was deflected and he came off his right foot
And went wide and there’s another one where he sort of took it down to his left foot and just T yeah it was soft it was soft yeah I I have to say I’m extremely concerned about holand because um I I think I know two people on this panel

What like every time you sort of like when a new player comes in obviously you’re excited and you want to see what they can do and stuff but every time holand plays there’s two or three things that I’m desperate for him to do and he never does them one I’ve spoken about
This quite a lot is that in his Hold Up play he’s he lets the ball bounce and he’s too concerned with the man behind him um so it doesn’t stick properly I’m looking for him to uh to do something that we call throwing up walls um which
Is where he drops like martial he drops into space and just plays a bounce pass um I haven’t seen him be able to do that yet but what really got me tonight is um Momin had a chance that may or may not have been deflected um and probably
Should have scored but Momin beat three men to get that ball and one of them was holand and like mctom is a very good attacker like he’s he’s got very good movement in the box and he arrives at the correct angles and stuff but H’s a 70 million pound man united Striker and
He should be he he should be two yards ahead of Momin um on that basis to sort of like stay stay in the team well will say that he’s um I mean he he’s got a good good character he keeps he keeps going and stuff and he also tries to
Link in the middle of the Midfield which I really like like him him Momin Aaron wber and gacho were all having nice little combinations I know it’s Wigan but uh he’s he’s he’s he’s pretty good at combining um in the in the middle third uh but I I still don’t think he
Stays in position as much and the thing is is that like he’s got to he’s got to start performing right we all love him he’s a lovely guy we wish him the best but when commentators on the telly are feeling sorry for you when people you
Don’t want people to feel sorry for you you want people to like treat you like you ever seen that film amadas um I know the song by Falco yeah all right well amadas is obviously mozar right and this all these like famous Court composers are like really looking

As an instinct Striker um I think there’s a chance that got rebounded onto him and was right through just went wide I think that’s the sort of chance that Strikers who are not going for a bad spell would not let in uh Saka scored a goal like that the other day where it
Just came off deflected and he managed to sort of touch it and went into the goal uh that after that I was thinking nah there’s worries now um and the other chance where he sort of took it wide of the defend shot across the keeper and it
Was only a t shot puff yeah you got to do better than that my issue straight away is can he head on the ball as a striker we don’t want a link up play because he’s not that good at link up plays as yet can you head of the ball
Can you finish with your left foot can you finish your right foot that’s the perfect hat trick and that he could have had almost a perfect hat trick today he could have scored with his right foot should have scored a shot when he went took it around the keep tried to play
Wide the keeper and should have scored with his head and he didn’t get one so for me today I’m officially saying I’m a bit concerned about him I like his play um his determination try and his movement but I’m a bit worried about time I cannot add any posit positivity
Or sprinkle a little bit on uh this subject right now don’t know what you guys think in the comments but concern about Holland after today was it an opportunity to get some confidence and score some goals to add to the five Champion leag goal Champion League goals
He had um apart from that first half I mean we scored a goal now can we just talk us through that goal it was our very own Dalo um in a position at left back um we’re getting up high at the pitch ran you know we had rashford on
The ball um got cross to rashford in the Box had a left foot shot uh got deflected and waited a waited as he does sort of jockeying players and that gave Dow the opportunity to maybe did call for the ball to come late outside the
Box and what finish I mean come on guys you have to give the guy some credit lovely uh yeah uh it was a great piece of fin like our attackers need to learn from the law because he scor he scores only bangers uh especially this season
Uh I like Theo uh I think that uh you know I have some issues with Theo because he’s you know he’s you know he has two okay uh I think that he’s you know but that’s my interest with the rest of the team right he has two month
Spells where he’s amazing then he you know drops back to his you know bad spells you know for three months he’s playing bad uh but I think this season except maybe for you know some of the defensive mistakes or him falling asleep uh which didn’t happen that much as you
Know it happened in last seasons I think on the left back he’s been absolutely amazing I I would argue that he’s been better than Luka even though people will argue Luka was injured most of the the season but whenever I see Luke show playing I feel that he’s not aggressing
Enough and I think Val is you know doing much more than just being you know a left back he’s you know listening to T hog uh like he’s in the Midfield he’s attacking a lot and uh he’s shooting at goal and I think that that passivity of from Luke Shaw is what
Makes the law bigger in my eyes uh great finish uh it it it was a product of you know rash hesitating once again and waiting for two players you know coming back to him and Clos in off but you know he picked a really good pass
And you know kud stalo uh you know recognizing that you know he could strike a ball there and it was a really you know small angle right he had he didn’t have that much of a p you know the the vegan players started closing in
On on that angle but you know he he shot that ball really good and great goal great place of the of the of the shot and amazing yeah yeah that’s why I like the placement I thought the placement was really good rather hit it Lac it hard he placed it right in the
Corner of the net and obviously it’s crowded box and it took them some time to rush out to him B time I mean can we just tactically talk about the goal why is do getting in positions like that um in this sort of system he’s played at
Left back um because he’s part of the rest defense um that’s that’s basically what it is like look for me despite some quite high-profile errors if if I was to award the player of the Season award now I’d give it to Doo I think I think he’s
Been by far our best player um this season I like pretty much everything about him he’s a hard worker he runs he wins his jewels he uses the ball well he chips in with a goal um he’s he seem he communicates well most of the time with
Teammates um but that goal like we’ll go into it on the it test tomorrow a bit more uh but we were playing against a 532 532 low block and um I know it’s just Wigan all right and they’re not particularly good but they are organized they are professional
Footballers um and I I felt that like the manipulation of the block was that was the best I’ve seen from United against anyone um under 10 hag and rashford I know he was really annoying tonight because he just sort of he didn’t cross the ball um and he was like
He played played at walking pace in it for most of it yeah but what rashford is trying to do is he’s trying to suck two people to him to create the spaces and that’s basically what happened with the low and then Dora is right he executes
The shot well um it goes in I I think a premier league defense would probably stop that just from closing down a bit quicker and things but you you have to beat what’s in front of you and um I like what we I felt we were moving the
Ball a little bit too too fast um in the first half because the way that goal came is that there was a sort of quadrant of um Momin gacho Juan basaka and someone else could have been Bruno and they’re pinging the ball about and the idea is to Temp people out a
Position to create those holes that you can get into and if that doesn’t happen you you sort of get you get them across um you get them across the pitch and then you spring it the other side rashford pulls people over Delow uses the space and that would have been the
Plan all week and they executed that plan and when you hear ten hag saying players are not doing doing what I’m asking them to do you saw a big difference in rashford’s game tonight I think that’s I think that’s what ten hag wants him to do I think he wants him to
Suck players in and if they don’t come across then rashford goes and so I think the manager will be very pleased with that goal maybe um I just think also maybe he has to compliment what rash’s good at and I think he does uh suck players in because he you have
To go and double up on him I suppose because he’s so quick you just get a yard and he’s looking to shoot um maybe there’s intelligence involved in that with him with the manager doing that but I felt today in situations like you said earlier he’s a bit learic rashford I
Felt he was a bit learic and was sort of getting in positions where it’s like you he had an attitude yeah it’s I’ve never when he was on the ball it’s I said he was sarcastic I felt that he had an attitude and in the first half he was he
Was sort of like doing a little flick passes like you know my massive dislike of swans because I think they’re really snooty and stuck up like rashford was passing like a swan tonight just the outside of his foot and a sort of little I don’t know pout afterwards he annoyed
Me all evening to be honest rashford but I think he played the way the manager wanted him to fair enough all right so we go to halftime we one nil up um comfortable I would say apart from that early chance and uh Holland must have been thinking man I should have had at
Least one of those chances the three chances he had so he got out the second half no changes uh didn’t make any changes until we got the second goal um not much to talk about the second half unless you guys have got something but the second goal came from Bruno um who
Was it a penalty or not um I’ve got my opinion on it what do you think dor was it a penalty if you’re a referee and you’re right there five yards away are you given that and um I mean I was watching on a you know illegal stream here it’s not
